About Rick San Vicente

Rick started back in the late 70’s (during stagflation and 16% mortgage loan rates) in operations and consumer lending with Security Pacific Bank. Years later, after working for Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation the largest Reverse Mortgage Provider, as a Reverse Mortgage Specialist, and then as a reverse mortgage broker, he now works for a highly stable major money center Bank.

He teaches and guest speaks on Reverse Mortgages at many venues and colleges including, Senior Centers, Hayward Adult School, Pleasanton Adult School, Las Positas College and San Francisco City College.

He is an affiliate member and sponsor of the Financial Planning Association, member of NAIFA and the Tri-Valley Estate Planners Association. He also volunteer serves on the City of San Ramon’s Economic Development Advisory Committee and has been appointed to the Advisory Council of Contra Costa County Aging and Adult Services, and the Planning Committee for the Advisory Council.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business. Rick lives in San Ramon with his wife Lisa (married 16 years), two kids, Alexa & Jack, and their golden retriever, Lucy.
